We are convinced that after using this FREE program just once, you will come back again and again to save yourself the time and trouble of looking for qualified contractors when you are upgrading your home!
The League of California Homeowners is dedicated to scrutinizing every contractor in our program as much as is humanly possible. To make sure that each contractor meets our rigid standards for your protection, LCH has already:
- Checked each contractor''s credit through Experian;
- Checked all public records to search for any litigation and lien histories;
- Checked county and government records for any tax defaults and bankruptcy information;
- Verified each contractor's workman's compensation policy;
- Verified each contractor's liability insurance;
- Verified a valid license with the Contractor's State License Board;
- Called at least six (6) supplied client references for positive results;
- Made sure that sample contractor advertising is meeting guidelines.
Once you allow LCH to recommend a contractor, you can be assured that everything has been done to verify their reliability and quality of work. We hope that you have a very positive experience using this service and the Approved Contractors that we have in our system.
