How can I be sure that I’m hiring a good contractor?
The simple fact is that a contractor is only as good as his work. The LCH cannot assure a homeowner that a particular contractor can be good in all areas of the job. However, due to the fact that by thoroughly screening each contractor, they are proven to pass the tough criteria set by LCH, we CAN say that the chances are extremely good that they will perform as expected by you and your agreement. Nothing can replace proper due diligence before hiring any home improvement contractor.
Can LCH help me if I am buying a new home?
Our experience is that even new homeowners are constantly needing to make improvements or changes with the use of contractors. LCH does give great advice to new homeowners before purchasing and could offer interesting continuing offers that would benefit them into the future.
